We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

What data do we collect and store?

While you visit our site, we’ll track:

Who has access to your data?

Information about customers is critical to ensuring we are able to render great service. We do not sell customer data to third party. We only share information as described below:

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

  • Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
  • Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.

Third Party Service Providers: These are service providers whose services are critical to the value chain that creates value for our customers. Such Service Providers include 3rd party logistics companies that help with the fulfillment of orders, Payment Companies who help to process payments and customer service etc. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.

We accept payments through Paystack. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Paystack, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Business Transfers: This is mostly applicable in the event of any Mergers& Acquisition that may be involved in. In the event that is acquired, the customer information is part of the transferable assets. will seek to continue to grow and may adopt acquisition of similar businesses as part of its growth strategy. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless, of course, the customer consents otherwise).
